SALT LAKE CITY, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Synergetic Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the final merger of Ad Systems, Inc. The transaction is a monumental first step in utilizing Synergetic's Video compression technology in the cable and broadcasting industries.

Ad Systems, Inc. is a twenty year old company engaged in the development and marketing of program automation and local ad insertion equipment for the cable television and broadcast markets. The company has just introduced a new design for its line of products that automate the process of inserting video spots from local businesses into program time slots provided by cable networks such as CNN, USA, MTV, and Discovery.

Using Ad Systems equipment, cable operators are able to derive a significant percentage of their operations revenue from the sale of advertising on the program channels that they carry. Synergetic Technologies owns Advent Systems proprietary technology in video compression. Together, Ad Systems and Synergetic will be able to create valuable solutions for advertising in the cable and broadcasting industries.

Both Ad Systems and Advent Systems have products that involve the digitization, storage, and transportation of video. Bob Hall, Ad Systems founder is quoted as saying: "We have already identified three distinct new Ad Systems' products that will employ Advent's proprietary compression technology in cable and broadcast television markets."

Innovative new products, along with the increased marketing efforts made possible as a division of Synergetic Technologies, allows management to anticipate dramatic increase in revenue by the end of 2005.
