ASHBURN, Va., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MCI today announced the completion of its acquisition of NetSec, Inc., a privately-held international provider of managed and professional security services, for $105 million in cash. This acquisition is a significant step in MCI's strategy to expand its existing security services portfolio to offer a more diverse array of advanced managed security solutions and consulting services to its high-end enterprise and government customers around the world.
